# iOS payment tracker

Duebook

Duebook is an iOS app that tells you what you have to pay and when. Credit card statements, bills, rent, subscriptions. All on one board, in date order.

No account, no bank login. Everything stays on your iPhone.

Duebook board: upcoming payments for the next 30 days as pinned notes, with date, amount and days left.

the board

# everything you owe, in date order

Open the app and the next 30 days are pinned up in front of you. Each payment is a note: what it is, how much, and how many days are left. The pin turns red when it's due tomorrow.

A card statement you haven't added yet shows up as an empty note, so you know it's coming even before you know the amount. Tap it to add it.

the scan

# statements and bills, read for you

Take a photo of a paper bill, pick a PDF, use a screenshot, or share a statement straight from Mail. Duebook finds the due date and the amount and fills them in. You check them before anything is saved.

It reads statements and bills in English, Turkish, German, French and Spanish. On iPhones with Apple Intelligence it also handles the messy ones: bills with odd layouts and no clear labels. Scanning happens on the phone. Nothing is uploaded.

the rest

# cards · fixed payments · bills

Cards. Add a card once with its statement day and due day. Each month, add the statement and see exactly what to pay and by when.

Fixed payments. Rent, Netflix, gym. Add them once, monthly or yearly, and they come back on their own.

Bills. Electricity, water, gas. The amount changes every month, so Duebook waits for the bill instead of guessing. Scan it and it goes on the board.

the reminder

# a nudge before it's due

Duebook reminds you three days before a payment and again on the day. If a card statement should be out and you haven't added it yet, it reminds you of that too.

Free for your first 3 cards, payments or bills. One-time unlock after that. No subscription.
